The company is equipped with the state-of-the-art 4th generation German Technology Weaving Machines, Online PVC Coating & Infrastructure at its manufacturing facility at Chattral, Mehsana, Gujarat. The plant has a fully-fledged in-house laboratory for testing of products in accordance with internationally accepted test standards. The company has a tie-up with reputed Civil engineering consultants and Geosynthetic experts across the industry.
Presently, the company is solely focused on production of Woven Polyester Uniaxial & Biaxial Geogrids and is planning to expand its product portfolio with a few other products from overall Geosynthetics basket.
CTM-Geogrid range is a typical synthetic Geogrid material characterized by woven bands of narrow elements in a regular, grid-like pattern with large voids between the woven bands. Itβs the tensile strength of the woven bands and the voids between those bands that lend stabilizing strength to the projects they are used in.
Projects are planned, designed and constructed as a result of close cooperation between consulting engineers, construction firms and project owners.
WHAT IS GEOGRID?
A geogrid is defined as a geosynthetic material consisting of connected parallel sets of tensile ribs with apertures of sufficient size to allow strike-through of the surrounding soil, stone, or other geotechnical material. Geogrids provide reinforcement, stabilization, and even filtration when used with properly sized aggregate fills. They are used widely in civil engineering applications.

A polyester – uniaxial series of geogrids are available in a range of tensile strengths and are suitable for applications which require strength in one direction wiz. Reinforced soil walls, Steep slopes and Veneer reinforcement etc.
CTM Geogrid-Biaxial – CTMGGB
A polyester – biaxial geogrids is designed for applications where, strength in both directions is important. Like reinforcement of granular road-base & sub-base, areastabilization, track-bed stabilization, load transfer platforms etc.
